we guarantee to pay you your rent on time every month on the date agreed. This also means that we will continue to pay rent to you even if the property is not currently being occupied by one of our corporate tenants.
As well as your rent we will be happy to cover many of your other bills such as, council tax, gas, electricity and water bills.
If your property is not up to the standard required for our professional corporate clientele we will be happy to conduct works for you upfront and simply recoup the costs over an agreed period of time.
Any emergency repairs such as boiler , heating, plumbing issues will be handled by GRS, providing you with a stress and hassle free service. Again this will be inclusive of our standard service.
